AUD $2750 per person (10% discount applies for early registration and for groups)

The conference fee AUD $2750  only covers: conference materials, Certificate IV in Business (Governance) training, tour and
sightseeing, and refreshments during tour and conference sessions. Delegates would be required to organize their own accommodation, food and travel needs.

 Expression of Interest

As a result of the  limited number of slots available to prospective delegates; the expression of interest form provides you an opportunity to secure an offer to attend the conference.  Therefore, while completing the expression of interest form or sending us an email, you would be expected to : tell us about yourself, your  organization, confirmation of  your assurance to pay the conference fees, and what you intend to achieve by attending the conference.


The expression of interest form must be completed and sent  at least three months prior to event. Reason is to allow enough time for you to apply for the relevant travel visa.

Payment Information:

SWIFT/Inter Bank Transfer

An invoice with payment details will be issued, after the World Youth Empowerment Association (WYEA) Incorporated  has considered and approved a delegate's  expression of interest information.

The invoice will contain the WYEA  Account and BSB number in Australia by which a delegate can pay conference fees via inter bank transfer.

This requires that, a delegate  pays the equivalent of AUD $ to  his/her  bank in local currency. Then, the bank will  make an interbank transfer of AUD $ to the World Youth Empowerment Association Incorporated account in South Australia.

Delegates are advised to specify to the local bank to pay WYEA  in Australian dollars  and avoid incorrect procedures in exchange calculations.




Cancellation and Refund

 
Registrations must be paid no later than three months prior to the event. Full registration fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received two months prior to event. 50% of the registration fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received one month prior to the event. NO REFUND is available where notice of cancellation is received less than one month prior to the event.  

A 10% deduction of conference fee paid will apply to offset handling costs and  bank charges.



Liability:
WYEF-WYEA will not be liable for any injury sustained and/or property lost during the duration of the conference .



Letter of Invitation or Confirmation of Registration

The 2011 WYEF-WYEA International Leadership Training Conference Secretariat will provide you a Letter of Invitation or Confirmation of Registration once full payment has been received.
